Michael Binns-Alfred, better known by Mikey Alfred, is the creator of Illegal Civilization.
Born on February 24th, 1995, Mikey grew up in North Hollywood, California, where he attended Beverly High. He did not regularly attend class, instead leaving at noon to go film with friends. His passion for filming transcended skateboarding however, as he later began to produce his own short film productions under Illegal Civ Cinema.
Mikey currently designs clothing for Illegal Civilization, continues to film skateboarding and create short films, and works with various musical artists such as Slow Hollows, Mac Miller, and Tyler, The Creator.
