Yeri is a member of South Korean girl group, Red Velvet. She is the youngest member of the group and was the last one to be added to the group’s line-up. She first appeared on the group’s first EP, Ice Cream Cake. Much like her fellow members, Yeri was also part of the SM Rookies project.

Yeri has co-written some of Red Velvet’s songs including their 2017 single, Red Flavor.

In 2019, Yeri released her debut self-written and composed solo single titled, “Dear Diary” under SM Station 3 project.
