“Zach had met his bandmates only once when he packed his life into a car and drove 24 hours across the country to join them. This is the story of ‘Prisoner’; the courage to leave a toxic environment and the mental toughness it takes to rise when times are darkest.

In the short time since making that trip to PA, the Dead Eyes community has grown into a subculture: The ‘Dead Kru’ have driven this message to over 3 Million streams, growing with the band as they progressed from their home studio to share the stage with August Burns Red, Hands Like Houses and Cane Hill.

Made up of construction workers, teachers and athletes, Dead Eyes are a voice echoing back through the same tough times, social injustice and personal battles we experience daily.
Hard work, sacrifice and respect for those who build our communities, teach and feed us is the drive behind Dead Eyes.
