Audio Adrenaline (aka Audio A, fka A-180) was formed in the mid-1980s at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, KY. The band released 8 studio records before lead singer, Mark Stuart, was diagnosed with spasmodic dysphonia, and was then disbanded in 2006. The band then reformed in 2012 when Kevin Max (formerly of dc Talk) took over as the new lead singer and released the album Kings & Queens. In 2014, Max decided to step down. Josh Engler (formerly of Abandon) was to fill in for Max until Adam Agee of Stellar Kart was offered the position. The brand new line-up has since then recorded Sound of the Saints.
