Artist

Victoria Ortiz (born October 24, 1988), better known by the stage name “Victoria La Mala,” is a singer-songwriter originally from Mexico City. Her alias translates to “Victoria the Bad” and she describes herself as the proverbial love-child of 2Pac and Selena. According to her RocNation bio:

When you think of traditional Mexican music, you don’t think of a saucy, sexy powerhouse Latina diva with hip-hop swagger and
a whole lot of heart. However, Victoria ‘La Mala’ Ortiz is about to change that perception for good. The singer and songwriter transforms the Banda genre with her impressive vocal range, striking style, and urban savvy.

In 2015, she was Billboard’s first “Latin Artist to Watch,” among other accolades, and she is also notably the daughter of Spanish film star Lupita Ortiz. Her music is available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, and YouTube.
