Ahmed Ali (born September 11, 1998), known by his stage name Wegz, Alexandrian trap coming to you all the way from Elwardian. is the MC who’s making Egyptian trap a thing. From humble beginnings in “Batalo Fake” with Hesham Raptor to a cultural phenomenon in “Dorak Gai,” Wegz has been spitting tracks that changed the way hip hop is perceived in Egypt.
