Torrian Ball

Artist

Torrian Ball entered the hip-hop game at the young age of 14, when he was discovered and invited on tour by Twista. During his childhood years, Torrian overcame many adversities growing up on the Southside of Chicago in a fatherless home. At the age of 16, he was nearly killed in a car accident that left him paralyzed for almost a year. Once he recovered, he used this setback to fuel his hustle toward chasing his dreams in the entertainment industry and making a full comeback.

Within the last 3 years, he has suffered a tremendous amount of loss of loved ones close to him. With the passing of his grandfather to diabetes, his little brother to a fatal car accident, and his mother to an overdose, he has endured pain and loss that would cause most to shut down entirely. While battling depression, he chose to make major changes in his life. He chose to begin to share his story with his fans as a means to uplift and empower them. His music has become a vehicle to discuss the hardships of his past and connect on a more intimate and personal level with his fans, known as the “Vibe Tribe”.

Independently, Torrian has gained international attention gaining over 60 million views with his viral “Car Rap” videos empowering women, discussing relationships, and various other subjects. He has collaborated with a slew of highly recognizable rap stars including Wiz Khalifa, Do or Die, Saba, GLC, and Grammy nominated producers Da Internz. He has performed hundreds of shows to date alongside some of the most notable names in the rap game, opening for artists such as 2 Chainz, T-Pain, Chief Keef, Twista, Chance The Rapper, Lil Durk, Omarion, Trina, Common, and many more. Torrian has performed across the country at events such as SXSW, Vitamin Water/Fader Magazine Uncapped Live Series, and even headlined his own Positive Vibes Tour.
