Cesar Santalo, a young Cuban American artist from Miami, Florida.
Art has always been in Santalo’s life. His father is a visual artist and his mother is an English teacher. Drawing has always been something which he had a love for, but ever since freshman year of high school, he knew that his true passion is with singing and songwriting.
His inspiration comes from the city of Miami and great music. Note taking is for him like writing poetry. When he graduated high school, Cesar decided to unleash his musical talent. He categorizes himself as an R&B singer and mixes his own hip-hop sounds with it.
Cesar continues to give back through his musical contributions, and his non-profit to help children use art and see Miami as a place, full of creativity and hope.
In October of 2017, Cesar released his first EP Things Happen. In the first year, his EP has garnered over 1 million streams without promotion.
