Filipino-Spanish rapper Eph Raim started making music at the young age of 13 but there were ambivalent moments in his musical vision. In the summer of 2015, he made his first song titled “All Good” that easily became a national hit when it was released on SoundCloud. He then snowballed his music-making career with various local artists such as Suda14 & Antonio with OPM that focused mainly on Hip-Hop and R&B. Eph Raim has been very ambitious with his version of Filipino Hip-Hop and aims to spread the vibes that he creates to other artists in the local rap scene. The independent Fil-Spanish rapper also developed close ties with other well-known local artists such as Yung $imon and Hicci. The main inspirations to his music have always been from the smooth disco waves of Majid Jordan to the melodic trap of NAV and Trippie Redd. The “Gotta Find” writer later found his love for the focus on Rap from J. Cole and Nas in the summer of 2017. Eph Raim continues to amaze and catch the ears of the people in the Philippines with his music, but remains as a visionary for his music to reach the interests of people worldwide.
