IHopegood started his music career in the early months of 2017 by posting EDM instrumentals to his YouTube channel. As he started listened to lots of hip hop songs, he decided to change genres and made parody rap songs, which have since been deleted from his YouTube channel.

He created a SoundCloud account and started posting his rap songs. In May 2018, he created his first studio produced song titled “Censored” which was released on iTunes, Spotify and Google Play, which gained some traction over time.

Over the next few months, he would create his “V?” series, with tracks such as “YDD”, “Big Boy”, “Creature” and “Never”. Later in June 2019, before he graduated high school, he released his first collaborative album titled “No Respect” with featured artists such as Lil Jonah, Mooney and Dax.

“No Respect” has now over 100,000 streams on Spotify and hundreds of listens on other platforms.
