Manic Phase

Manic Phase

Artist

Growing up in rural Ohio, Manic Phase(@ImManicPhase) has done well to separate himself from his roots.
At 15 he formed a band with his close friend and mentor Derrick, along with other members. This group became Antique Bullets with dynamic sounds and inventive raps created by Manic Phase himself. When the band grew apart, Manic Phase grew up and went out on his own to start his solo career. Releasing “Ball Out” as his first single he showcased his unique and ever-changing style and set himself apart from the pack. His biggest influence being Kanye West, Manic Phase tries to be his best self with his music. Musical talent runs deep in his family, both of his brothers have made names for themselves in their own way. His older brother JugHead is not only a skilled producer but he also manages artists. While his younger brother Budders, who is often featured with Manic, is a skilled rapper as well. Budders has featured on tracks such as “PGT” and “Akron Blvd”. With Manic Phase always evolving and sharpening his skills, there is nothing stopping the momentum he is building. His lyrics and production have matured and expanded throughout every album and EP, and with a unique flow, he has his own way of commanding attention. Now he’s writing, rapping and producing out of Akron. Getting inspiration from his friends and fellow musicians, he’s continually moving forward in his work.
