Timothy O'neal Mills (born February 23, 1994), popularly known as SICKBOYRARI or Black Kray, is an American rapper, producer, film director, and the founding member of Goth Money. Kray is from Richmond, Virginia, in a place he calls the “Dirt Road”.

Kray began rapping in summer of 2010. He was heavily influenced by Lil B. He met future Goth Money artists online in 2012.

Kray is one of the artists born from the internet rap culture. His mannerisms and style made him a pioneer in the cloud rap and tread subgenres. His signature delivery is often very slurred or nearly unintelligible, sometimes reaching a sing-song tone.

Kray’s collaborators include Lil Yachty, SpaceGhostPurrp, CHXPO, Working on Dying, and Big Baby.
