Isaac Peabody, known by his stage name PEABOD, is a Christian singer-songwriter from Seattle, Washington.
PEABOD emerged on the scene as an alternative folk-pop singer in September of 2014 with his debut EP, Steps, released while he was just 18. Two years later, he released a second EP, titled Indigo. Both projects explore Isaac’s faith, love life, and growing up.
Following Indigo, the artist rebranded himself as rapper PEABOD and burst onto the Christian hip-hop scene in 2018 with his debut album, Healthy Snacks. Notably, Healthy Snacks features a collaboration with a well-established Christian pop singer, Hollyn.
2019 and 2020 featured one EP from PEABOD each, when Backpack and Growing Up, Pt.1 saw the rapper expand his style and feature list, adding Marty, Tedashii, and others.
PEABOD released another EP, Growing Up, Pt.2, in July 2022, after announcing on February 25th, 2022 on Instagram that he quit his job to pursue music full-time.
