Taylor Benjamin York (born December 17, 1989) is an American musician, producer, songwriter, and guitarist for American rock band Paramore. His brother Justin is a touring member of Relient K and Paramore.

York had been in a band with the Farro brothers (Josh Farro and Zac Farro) before the two met Hayley Williams, he was also in an early conception of Paramore, with the Farro brothers and Williams, in which he would do backup vocals, singing high harmonies before his voice dropped. York also took part in writing songs such as “Conspiracy” from their debut album, All We Know is Falling, “That’s What You Get” from RIOT! and “Decode” for the Twilight soundtrack. York has played with Paramore since 2007.

On 15 June, 2009 Paramore announced that Taylor York has officially become a member of the band. He was previously a touring member.

For a brief period in 2015, Taylor York was the band’s only remaining member as Hayley Williams quit the band for a brief moment, battling depression. With encouragement from York, she decided to keep going with the band, and since then York has been cited for keeping the band alive.
