Good I’m Glad was formed as a Portland-based power-pop duo by Forrest M. Power and Colby Passadore in 2017 after their previous band, Open to Discussion, went on hiatus. Good I’m Glad’s first 3-song demo CD was released in April of 2018 and given away for free at their first acoustic show. After Passadore’s departure from the group in June 2018, it expanded to include Power’s brother, bass player Henry Myers-Power, guitarist Mike Bell of Plastic Brains, drummer Jacob Jonason of Flying Whammy, and trumpet player Sam Deponceau. The group released a split EP with Plastic Brains in March 2019, and their first full length album, “NEVER DESERT THIS,” is set for release on June 21st, 2019.
