Catherine Grace Garner (born September 17, 1996), better known as Slayyyter, is an American singer-songwriter from St. Louis, Missouri.

She began writing and producing music during high school and college, posting lo-fi 80s inspired songs on SoundCloud. In 2018, she released her debut single, “BFF”, written with Ayesha Erotica.

She has released a number of collaborations and singles since then, particularly with frequent collaborators Ayesha Erotica, Charli XCX, That Kid and BOY SIM. Her self-titled mixtape was released on September 17, 2019.

In 2021, she released her debut album, Troubled Paradise, which is a mixture of hyperpop and dance-pop songs.

On her label’s page, she says:

I like doing things myself, I always have in every aspect of life. These days, you can make big budget-sounding pop, but have it be totally DIY. These songs are just written by me and my friends. I want to keep the ideas raw.
