Gustav Elijah Åhr also known as Lil Peep, Gus or Gustav is an American rapper hailing from Long Beach, New York. He is a pioneer of a rising underground genre “emo rap.” On November 15, 2017, Gus tragically passed away due to fentanyl-laced xanax when he was the young age of 21 years old. Gus was very successful releasing over 9 albums with many more to come.

Come Over When Your Sober, Pt. 2 was recorded before his passing and was mastered by best friend and producer Smokeasac. The album was released on November 9, 2018.

XXXTENTACION also known as Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy or simply Jah was another pioneer of the SoundCloud genre. X lost his life on June 18, 2018 when he was fatally shot in a robbery. He was only 20 years old.

Throughout Jah’s music career he had released over 10 albums with many more to come as there are still projects that haven’t been released yet like the upcoming album SKINS.

The posthumous song “Falling Down” is the first ever song that included the two artists together.
