Bang Chan (방찬) is the leader of K-Pop group Stray Kids, born October 3rd, 1997 in Seoul. He is also the oldest and holds the most positions in the group, as a vocalist, rapper, dancer and is the main producer for Stray Kids' discography. He grew up in Sydney, Australia and speaks English, Japanese, Korean, and a little bit of Chinese.
Bang Chan is a member of Stray Kids' pre-debut group 3RACHA that has shifted from a Soundcloud rap group to the unit that write and produce the majority of Stray Kids' music. He was credited under the name “CB97” under this unit.
He joined JYP Entertainment in 2010 after passing an audition in Australia and trained for 7 years alongside members of TWICE, GOT7, and DAY6.
