The SoapGirls

The SoapGirls are a South African punk duo made up of the Debray sisters, Camille and Noemie. They were formed initially as a pop group when the sisters were teenagers, but, as they got older, changed into a punk duo, though they describe their genre as Revolt Rock.
Though they are struggling for popularity outside of South Africa, they have a fan base known as The SoapSudsa. They often tour across Great Britain and the rest of Europe. During live performances, they have been known to wear some ‘bizarre’ outfits, drawing style from the punk bands of yesteryear and pop icons from the 2000’s.
