David Stewart

David Alexander Stewart is a singer, producer and songwriter from London, UK, signed to superproducer StarGate’s publishing company Stellar Songs. He is the brother of singer-songwriter Kate Stewart [Warner Records] and is in the songwriting-production duo Mad Teeth, alongside Jessica Agombar.
After touring with, and producing several of Example’s songs, in 2012 he released a mixtape titled, ‘Late Night Viewing.’ It was self produced and featured Example, Wretch 32, Ed Sheeran and Yasmin. Shortly after this he released an EP titled, ‘Dark Side Of Paradise.’ , produced by Sango.
In 2014, Stewart signed a deal with Ludacris’ management and the label owners of Disturbing Tha Peace Records: Chaka Zulu and Jeff Dixon. He then began recording his debut album with USA producers such as Sonny Digital, Childish Major, Tha Bizness, Needlz, and The Movement. The album was eventually shelved.
In 2016, Stewart signed with new management back in the UK and began writing and producing for acts including Tinie Tempah, Kate Stewart, and TroyBoi.
In 2018, after meeting Jessica Agombar and Yash Sohodeb, they formed the group Mad Teeth. After releasing several promo singles, Stewart and Agombar started recording demos together.
From 2018-20, Stewart recorded with Elle Winter, Izzy Bizu, MØ, Raphaella, and Griff. Alongside Jessica Agombar songs were also placed with international artists Jonas Brothers, Hailee Steinfeld, Anthony Ramos and BTS (방탄소년단) as well as continued work with European artists Grace Davies, Eyelar, and Marina Kaye.
