Savan DePaul (they/she) is a West Philadelphia-based rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer who also performs under the moniker Ishtar Sr. Part of both Tiergarten and Grimalkin Records, they are also a member of the rocktronica-digital hardcore duo Magicicada, space rap outfit Sagan Theory, the Free Spirits collaboration with D'NAE, plus numerous other joint projects and collectives.
