Dani El-Rassi is a Sydney based singer and songwriter who has taken to recording her Debut EP which is to be released in 2019, followed by her Debut National Tour in Australia.

Dani has never been one to shy away from tackling confronting topics, in an all-accessible and relatable way for her audiences. Dani’s Debut EP highlights just a taste of her ability to draw her audience in with her raw and sincere story telling, often with a lighthearted approach, providing an opportunity for the audience to warmly look at life’s challenges and the growth that occurs over time. With her origins in Music Theatre, Dani has always been recognised for her “big voice”, with some of her earliest Facebook and Youtube videos hitting over 25,000 views (‘Adele’ cover) and more recently nearly 6,000 views (Ben Platt Cover).

Inspired by the likes of Missy Higgins, Ben Abraham, Dean Lewis and Gordi, Dani holds Australian music close to her heart and is working hard to follow the same path of her music role models.

Dani’s critically acclaimed genuine and heartfelt approach has garnered radio attention and attracted esteem from her musical peers. Dani played at the Nimbin Blues ‘n Roots Festival in 2018. After being invited by Melbourne Singer and Songwriter Ben Abraham to sing a duet at his sold-out Sydney show in December 2018, Dani went on to sell out her very own show at the same venue, only weeks later. Shortly after, Dani was invited by Singer and Songwriter Hollie Col to play at the Sydney launch show of her Australian Debut EP Tour. After Dani’s successes to date, Dani looks forward to launching her very own debut EP and then touring Australia with her new music and her band.
