The Paranoyds

The Paranoyds is a four-piece garage rock band from Los Angeles, California. It was founded by Staz Lindes (bass) and Laila Hashemi (keyboards), and the two were later joined by Lexi Funston (guitars) and David Ruiz (drums). After recording a few EPs, the band was finally signed up by Suicide Squeeze, releasing an LP “Carnage Bargain” in 2019. Apart from garage rock, the band cites among its influences: punk rock, new wave, “dirty surf pop” and “horror film soundtrack campiness”.
