Artist

Formed in 2013 by guitarist & vocalist Matt Attard and bassist & vocalist Mark Andrews, Junior self-recorded and self-released their first EP This Town Sucked Anyways which showcased their ability to pen a catchy song, and make something great on a shoe string budget.
The recordings caught the eye of drummer Si Martin, who completed the line-up in early 2014.

The band then went on to write and record their sophomore release Juniorland in late 2014, which was released through Ambition Records in 2015. The band gained increased exposure through the use of their track A House That’s Not Quite Home as Mark’s wrestling ring entrance music, and ‘Juniorland’ was met with acclaim from both fans of wrestling and music.

After completing numerous DIY tours around the UK, the band went on to record a split EP with Fierce Morgan, featuring the single Fall to Pieces with guest vocals from The Blackout’s Sean Smith, and a music video cameo from wrestler Matt Hardy. After being scouted by WWE, Mark competed in the company’s UK tournament where he used ‘Fall to Pieces’ as his ring entrance music, and continues to use currently with his position on WWE’s NXT.

Junior’s debut full length album ‘Beautiful Life’ was released on August 2nd 2019 – featuring the singles Day of the Dead, Playing the Part, Don’t Know What I’d Do & P.Y.D

Brick by Brick was chosen as the official NXT Takeover theme for Cardiff, taking place on August 31st, 2019
