With being a veritable alchemist of auditory aesthetics, Su is an artist that strives to stand out sonically from the rest of the crowd.
In 2019, Cole Bennett’s Lyrical Lemonade stated in an article that “After keeping a close eye on Su for awhile now, it’s only right that his music deserves all of the praise.”
On October 2022, Su released his EP titled “7 Days 7 Nights” and his project caught the attention of YouTube’s prominent hip-hop commentator/journalist Blacky Speakz with over 1M+ subscribers on his platform. Blacky also stated that “There is no question whether that Su is gonna find success or not. I am very impressed with what I am hearing.”
With the voice that amplifies the whispers from the crevices where Canadian hip-hop music is often overlooked, Su has inevitably shown that he has what it takes to break that curse.
