Lyrics Born (born Tsutomu Shimura) is a Japanese-American rapper and producer born in Tokyo and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and Berkeley, California. He is one-half of the hip-hop duo Latyrx alongside Oakland-based rapper Lateef.
