John Schuster (born 29 July 1994), known professionally as John Summit, is an American electronic dance music producer and DJ from Chicago, Illinois.

John first came to prominence thanks to his 2020 single “Deep End,” which sampled the eponymous song by Fousheé and became the longest-running number one song of the year on the platform Beatport. Ever since, he has played at festivals such as Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival (in Las Vegas) and Movement (in Detroit).

In 2021, John experienced more success with his song “Sun Came Up,” in collaboration with the duo Sofi Tukker. The following year, he started his own record label, named Off The Grid Records.
