Born and raised in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canadian singer-songwriter Jada Klein has been shaping her unique sound from a very young age, under the guidance of an extremely supportive and artistic family. She has thoughtfully crafted her R&B-rooted style from elements of jazz and soul, influenced by Norah Jones, Michael Jackson, Lauryn Hill and others. And like those who helped shape her sound, she brings her full passion for writing and performing to the stage, where her soulful voice and vulnerability captivate audiences.

In 2014, Jada won a vocal competition earning her a recording session for her debut single “Puzzle Piece”, co-written and produced by gold- and platinum-selling producer Troy Samson. She followed that with the release of two music videos and then took some time to focus on her song writing. She returned to the studio to work with award winning producer Ryan Worsley (Dear Rouge, Said the Whale) and the result was her second single “My Head”, released in January 2019.

The success of “My Head” inspired Jada to share more of her original work and, in late 2019, she found herself in Los Angeles recording with producers Danny Garcia and Itai Schwartz. Their collaboration resulted in the completion of four original songs in which Jada’s self-expression was brought to life on her first EP, set to release in Fall 2020. Until then, her latest single “Bygones” is available now.

Jada has been making a name for herself in the Southwest British Columbia music scene these last five years, and is a six-time nominee for the Fraser Valley Music Awards including recipient of the 2017 award for “Excellence in Performance by a Youth Artist”.

Despite her youth, Jada capitalizes on each new experience to fuel her passion and drive to make great music. She continues to push herself beyond her comfort zone to grow and stretch as an artist and to bring her story and her songs to a wider audience. An audience that continues to expand locally and globally, with a growing fan base in major cities across North America and the UK. There is no doubt that Jada Klein is a musician to watch for.
