Layton & Johnstone were an American vocal and piano duo. they formed their duo in New York in 1922 then moved to England 2 years later where they found success. In the short period of 11 years, they sold over 10 million records. The duo appeared at top venues across Europe and would preform for the British royal family. The duo disbanded when Johnstone became involved in a highly publicized divorce scandal.
