Harold Angulo Vence a.k.a Junior Jein was born in 1982 in Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca, Colombia and since he was a child he felt a powerful connection with art. His heart was always in the port and his love for his land was immortalized in many songs. Junior Jein: the artist and musical entrepreneur who filled Buenaventura with pride.

At the end of 2004 he released his first production, a song titled Cucu, which opened the doors to the music industry in the Colombian Pacific. A year later he had his first hit, the song Puro Vacilón. Junior was an excellent entertainer, but he was also committed to social causes that directly affected the people.

In the early morning of June 14, 2021, the musician from Bonavera, who had scheduled a presentation in a nightclub in the city to celebrate the premiere of his single La Recompensa, was murdered in Cali.
