Kada is a 21 year old singer/songwriter and producer of many genres, specialising in electronic pop. Kada’s recognisable husky/airy voice similar to the likes of Halsey and Lana del Rey, captivate listeners from the first listen. Kada grew up in Hong Kong, and is part Chinese and Portuguese. Her eclectic background has influenced her diverse taste in music. Creating YouTube videos and covers since 13, Kada has explored her artistic image and genre-mixing sound over the years. Kada, previously known as @Kayla Dawn, sang a track from the critically acclaimed Asian blockbuster movie “SPL 2 – A Time For Consequences” which became very well received and heard by millions, reaching #10 on Shazam 100 China. Kada has a YouTube following of nearly 6,000 with almost 1 million total YouTube views. Kada is studying Music Industry in university and constantly working on new music after her most recent album “Jackpot” 2018.
