William Glenn Cooper (also known as Will Glenn) (1957-2001) was a member of the American alternative rock band Mazzy Star. He played various instruments for the band, including strings, bass, guitar, and keyboards. Mazzy Star, formed in 1988 in Santa Monica, California, is best known for their hit song “Fade into You”. The band was founded by David Roback and Hope Sandoval, and it emerged from the remnants of the group Opal. William Cooper Glenn was part of Mazzy Star’s lineup until his passing in 2001.
