HYUKOH (혁오) is an indie-pop / rock band from South Korea. The band consists of Oh Hyuk (vocals, rhythm guitar), Im Dong-gun (bass), Lim Hyun-jae (lead guitar) and Lee In-woo (drums).
The band is currently signed to HIGHGRND, which is Korean rapper Tablo’s label under major entertainment label YG Entertainment.
Hyukoh debuted in September 2014 with their EP 20, during which they started to accumulate notoriety in Hongdae, an area in Seoul, Korea known as the epicenter of the country’s indie music scene.
In 2015, the band gained mainstream popularity after participating in a popular Korean variety program. The band received positive responses from critics and the public, charting in the top ten of the Billboard World Albums Chart two months after the release of their second EP 22.
