Daquan Andre Manley (born January 17, 1994) professionally known as King Soup, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, Manley first became involved in music with a group known as Darkside, where he performed under the name “Super Dee The Kid”. After a few years of singles and two projects between 2008 and 2010, King Soup decided to become a solo act. He released two more projects as Super Dee Tha Kid between 2011 and 2013, before taking a three year break from music.

In 2016, Manley returned to the music scene under the new name, King Soup, and announced that he is starting his own label, Fire Flame Media Group. (Also Known As, Fire Flame Gang)
He released his first single, Imma Dog, in February. This single started to gain attention during the Fall, after a tweet containing a snippet of the song went viral. King Soup saw a dramatic increase in activity on his social media pages, as well as a demand for more music. His next releases, Igniggerant3 (2017), and Soundcloud Jesus (2017) have received positive feedback from long term fans and new listeners.
King Soup releases his music via Soundcloud, iTunes, and Spotify. He shares new music and interacts with fans daily on his twitter account, which has a following of over 50,000.
