Annihilator is a Canadian Thrash Metal band that formed in 1984 by Jeff Waters (in which he is the lead guitarist for this band). Jeff Waters has acted as the leader of Annihilator since the very beginning. Annihilator is known for their song “Allison Hell” but some other songs they are known for consist of King of the Kill, Crystal Ann which is the opening intro to the album Alice in Hell (which by the way leads then intro “Allison Hell”). Other songs they are known for would be songs like “Phoenix Rising” and “Armed to the Teeth. Annihilator hit their peak in the late 80s when they toured with the likes of Onslaught and then later on Exodus, Testament, and even Metal Church.

Annihilator is one of those “hidden gem songs” kind of band and once in a while their name will come up in conversations of the truest of Metal fans. Specifically “Allison Hell” being the song most people would know them for. “Allison Hell” is widely regarded as their best song and has stood the test of time. Annihilator is not a very famous band but people do know who they are and they are not going away anytime soon.
