Rocket From The Crypt

The band from San Diego, California, takes it name from 1970s protopunk heroes Rocket from the Tombs and from the 1950s horror comics Tales from the Crypt.
Active from 1989 to 2005 and regrouping in 2013, they released seven studio albums, two EPs, one live album and three compilations of rarities (mostly with material from their numerous vinyl singles).
RFTC’s music is a mix of energetic punk, ska, garage and rockabilly, made particularly distinctive by the presence of a horn section.
