Born on June 14, 1971, Pritam’s musical journey began with an early passion for sound engineering, leading him to graduate from FTTI. His foray into Bollywood began with ad jingles.
Debuting as a co-composer in the 2001 film “Tere Liye,” Pritam swiftly carved his niche, becoming a solo composer with the iconic album “Dhoom.” The title track from “Dhoom” marked a watershed moment, becoming the first viral music phenomenon in Indian film history.
Over the years, Pritam has lent his musical expertise to over 125 Bollywood movies, earning numerous accolades along the way.
