MŌRIAH

Artist

MŌRIAH is a pop artist from Nashville, TN. Starting out under her birth name, Moriah Peters, at age 20, she scored a record deal with Provident Label Group, releasing her debut album I Choose Jesus in 2012. A year later, Peters married for KING & COUNTRY lead singer Joel Smallbone. A year after that, she released her follow-up Brave, where the title-track become a Christian Radio hit.

After hitting a bit of a creative slump for three years, MŌRIAH linked up with a couple of her friends forming the alt-pop trio TRALA, which debuted during the Winter Jam 2017 West Coast Tour.

While the band never announced at breakup, the COVID-19 pandemic put MŌRIAH back in new songwriting direction revisiting her solo career.
