The Growl is a 5 piece rock/blues band from Fremantle, Western Australia, formed in 2011. Frontmanned by Cam Avery, bassist Tame Impala and ex drummer of Pond, the Growl are almost fully described by their name. Their music is a rolling growl from deep in the belly of a beast, accompanied perfectly by Avery’s soulful baritone.
