Charlie Cunningham is a London-based indie singer/songwriter who specializes in spacy, spectral introspection. Usually backed by just his acoustic guitar and plenty of echo, Cunningham released his first EP, Outside Things, in 2014. It was the first of three EPs – Breather followed in 2015, Heights in 2016 – that established his austere, sensitive style, setting the groundwork for Lines, the full-length debut that arrived in January 2017. ~Stephen Thomas Erlewine
