Bure

Artist

Atlanta-born, Scottish-Nigerian artist Bure (pronounced BOO-ray), creates music for all eras, ages and music tastes. Whether it’s a remix of The 1975’s “Chocolate”, a feel-good summer banger like “Dynamite” by BTS, a West Coast throwback such as 2Pac’s “Picture Me Rollin’” or a Disney classic like “You’ll Be in My Heart” by Phil Collins (all remixes found on his YouTube page), Bure’s versatile taste in music broadens his horizons to places and realms unheard of by your typical rapper. Drawing inspiration from musicians such as Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, Logic, J. Cole and Tyler, The Creator, this multi-faceted artist pairs his exquisite pen game with a multitude of instrumentals to remind others of music’s everlasting importance. As one of the UK’s most diverse new artists, he never fails to represent the city that he calls home and has seen him grown from boy to man, Aberdeen. 2015 saw Bure released his debut mixtape THE WEARLD OF THA MINED; his debut EP In My Feelings landed in 2018. Singles such as “Kream of the Krop”, “Knl” and “Glxy: The Lone Bandit’s Tale” only scratch the surface of this young man’s full potential as a recording artist. Bure is an artist who is not afraid to push the boundaries of his game and evolve as a jack-of-all-trades, renaissance man in the industry. If there’s one artist not to sleep on in the future, it’s him.
