Charles Williams, known professionally as Keak da Sneak, is a rapper based in Oakland, California. He is often credited as being one of the main popularizers of the Hyphy movement, having coined the term “Hyphy” in 1994, and releasing the Hyphy hit “Super Hyphy” in 2005.
