Spencer James Smith (born September 2, 1987) is an American musician best known as a co-founding member and the former drummer of the rock band Panic! at the Disco. He recorded four studio albums with the band: A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, Pretty. Odd., Vices & Virtues, and Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! before announcing his departure from the band on April 2, 2015.

On February 7, 2018, Smith announced that he would be joining DCD2 Records to work as the A&R (Artist & Repertoire). In addition to announcing his new position with the label, Smith unveiled his first signing, L.I.F.T.
