Dallon Weekes

Artist

Dallon James Weekes (born May 4th, 1981) is an American musician and songwriter. He’s best known for his roles as the former bassist and backing vocalist of Panic! at the Disco.

Before joining Panic!, his main focus was being the lead vocalist, lyricist, and multi-instrumentalist of his solo music project The Brobecks.

Then, in 2009, he replaced former Panic! bassist Jon Walker, and focused his attention on Panic! at the Disco. He was creatively involved in the 2011 album Vices and Virtues and the 2013 album Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!.

In 2015 he announced that he would not be an official member of the band anymore, because he wanted to focus on his own solo projects. He did however assure fans that he would still be touring with Panic!, but only as a touring member.

This new focus on his own solo projects lead to the 2015 release of Xmas Jambz, a compilation of some of the Christmas songs Dallon had become known within the Brobecks fanbase to release. In 2016, “Please Don’t Jump (It’s Christmas)” was released, and added to the album.

Weekes then formed I Don’t Know How But They Found Me with drummer Ryan Seaman, whom he has frequently collaborated with. In December 2017 Weekes announced that he would no longer be touring with Panic!, and would turn his focus towards I Don’t Know How But They Found Me.
