Bell X1

Bell X1 is a band from Ireland, made up of Paul Noonan, David Geraghty, and Dominic Philips becoming active in 1999.
The trio were previously members of the alt rock band Juniper.
The name change to Bell X1 came after Noonan read Tom Wolfe’s 1979 book The Right Stuff in which the plane named Bell X1 became the first to break the sound barrier.
Bell X1’s music has been used in popular TV shows such as Grey’s Anatomy and The OC .
