Gia Koka

Artist

Gia Koka is a songwriter, producer, and singer of soulful electropop who found work as a songwriter for hire while starting her own recording career. Born in Poland and raised in the Netherlands, Koka released her first album, ‘Kissing the Outcast,’ under the name Natalia Jayden with Dutch label The Flying Rooster in 2012. While living in Hollywood, L.A. and writing songs for artists including Leona Lewis and Leslie Clio, she wrote and recorded an album dedicated to her younger brother, Dymitri, who had died unexpectedly. Titled ‘Dymitri,’ the set of jazz-inflected adult contemporary R&B was released by her on Winter Boy Records in 2013.
