Sheryl Crow

Artist

Sheryl Suzanne Crow (born February 11, 1962) is an American singer-songwriter. Her first albums were in the pop-rock genre, but eventually, she ventured into folk, country, and blues. She has released nine studio albums to date and earned nine Grammy Awards.

In 2006, Crow was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent treatment that, for now, appears to have halted the disease. She continues to tour and record today. Her latest works are in the Country genre, following advice from her friend, Brad Paisley. She’s also toured with Rascal Flatts.

This is how Crow described her music:

Where I fit in [musically] is confusing to me.
