Hotel Apache was formed in 2016 in Central Valley, California. The group includes Jared Ramos (drums), Steven Darling (guitar & keys), and Ryan Garcia (vocals & drums), and has formerly included Casey White (bass). Their name comes from a well known casino in Las Vegas called Apache Hotel and Casino. Their sound is a modern-day pop-synth with mixes of R&B and funk. Hotel Apache’s first single, “cigarettes”, was released on April 13, 2016, and marked their debut as a band. Don’t forget: california pop is not dead.
