Lord Smog is the Godzilla-based alias of Lord Scotch (also known as Keo). Lord Scotch and the other members of Monsta Island Czars performed under aliases of the same theme.

Lord Smog is inspired by Smog Monster, one of the many creatures of the Godzilla film series.
