L.E.S. Or Leshan Davis Lewis is an american hiphop producer, most known to have worked with rapper Nas. Since they grew up together in the queensbridge projects. His first production credit was the song “Life’s A Bitch” from Nas Classic debut “Illmatic” dropped in 94'. He would later on produce AZ’s song “Sugar Hill”. Then after that he worked outside of Nas and AZ with rappers like Fat Joe, Shyheim, LL Cool J, Royal Flush and The Firm. In 98' he started working Poke & Tone and helped produce Will Smith’s #1 hit record “Gettin' Jiggy Wit It”. From 1998 to 2005, he produced more for Nas and went on to do tracks with Big Pun, N.O.R.E., Nature, Flipmode Squad, Kool Savas, Azad and many others. He’s latest Nas project was his 8th studio album “Hip Hop Is Dead” from 06' where he most notably produced “Black Republican” featuring Jay-Z. “Girl” by Cormega wich was included in his 4th studio album “Born And Raised” from 2009.

He also opened a recording studio named 64 in the Tidewater area of Virginia.
